Vitamin D supplements are sold at most pharmacies and supermarkets, and online. Vitamin D is also available in a multivitamin for children aged under 5 years – but make sure to check the dose! Many multivitamins (for children and adults) only give a 5 microgram dose.
Vitamins are available for free for women and children on the Healthy Start scheme.
