ParamedicsRUs.com create and deliver, tailor made, first aid courses for organisations across the UK. We offer the full range of first aid courses suggested by the Health and Safety Executive. Most recently we have success in delivering Mental health first aid and Chemical first aid. Both of these courses can be completed using a live, fully on-line format, or via face-to-face on-site delivery.
All of our teaching staff are registered Health Care Practitioners, who also have experience teaching their specialist subjects in Higher Education. This means the standard of delivery is second to none.

First established in Rhyl in 2007, we now work across Wales, delivering a broad range of support services, training and therapies that can help transform workplaces and individual lives.
We specialise in supporting people with health conditions to enter, sustain and thrive in employment. Our I Can Work service provides integrated health and employability support to help people with mental health needs find and progress in work. Our cornerstone In Work Support Service offers rapid, early intervention support and therapies to reduce and prevent sickness absence. We also provide wellbeing consultancy, expert guidance and training to help businesses across Wales create a positive wellbeing culture at work.
Since 2015, our services have helped over 7000 people improve their wellbeing for work, and supported hundreds of Welsh businesses to create well workplaces.

We are a Charity based in Cardiff, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities; we developed the Supported Living concept in the UK, opening the first ‘Group Home’ in 1974. Today, we’ve expanded our Digital work, adapting, and creating Smart devices that utilise the Internet of Things, Smart Houses and Environments, that increase control, push boundaries, and expand independence. We recently developed an app, ‘Insight’, to expand Digital Inclusion and enable individuals to post photos & videos, and expand communication with their families, and friends. We offered membership of ‘Insight’ to anyone with a Learning Disability from March 2020; hugely expanding Digital Inclusion, events, activities, and opportunities, ‘Insight’ has now become a crucial and free online Community Resource for over 1500 individuals and organisations. ‘Insight’ currently offers members more than 80 live co-produced and Peer-led activities a week, backed-up with over 1500 pre-recorded video sessions, news, information, and further resources.

Bridgend College is a Further Education (FE) College which supports in excess of 10,000 full and part time learners, and employs around 700 members of staff across four campuses at Bridgend, Pencoed, Queen’s Road and Maesteg. Bridgend is situated equidistant between Cardiff, the Welsh capital, and the city of Swansea; both cities have ambitious city deals and regionalisation plans along the M4 corridor, presenting exciting opportunities for the college and our future aspirations. Against this background, the college serves its learners through offering a wide range of courses, from pre-entry to degree level, in over 20 vocational areas. Bridgend College works in partnership with a wide range of organisations to meet the educational needs of the local community it serves; this includes local businesses, Bridgend County Borough Council for Adult Community Learning (ACL) provision and local Comprehensive Schools for the 14-19 Learning Pathways, the Junior Apprenticeship Programme and Penybont 6th Form College; our collaborative partnership with Pencoed Comprehensive School. The college operates a 100 place day nursery and Weston House; a 32 bedroom specialist residential provision for young people with additional needs. The College has established very successful partnerships with Cardiff Metropolitan University and the University of South Wales. Work Based Learning also continues to go from strength to strength, with an ever increasing contract and an excellent track record in framework completions.

Putting Our People First
HM Land Registry is a non-ministerial civil service department that plays a key role in the UK’s economy and underpins the UK property market, ensuring all land transactions are recorded accurately and that a trust exists in the market place. HMLR employs over 4,000 staff across 14 different sites, with only one based in Wales at Swansea, employing over 700 staff. Prior to the pandemic, the organisation had never offered home working to more than a small number of individuals. Eighteen months later, the organisation is supporting and enabling home working for its staff, save for a few critical services that require an on-site presence, and are preparing for a hybrid working model post pandemic. HMLR recognises that its staff are their greatest asset and has adapted to new methods of working, enabling staff to work from home to support both the needs of our staff and our customers.
GCS College of Sanctuary
Gower College Swansea is a further education college in Swansea, Wales. It was formed in 2010 by the merger of Gorseinon College and Swansea College. Working across 7 locations in the Swansea area, the college provides educational courses ranging from A Level provision to multiple vocational courses. The College has recently been awarded "College of Sanctuary" status, celebrating the work that has been undertaken with individuals with an asylum seeker background and widening access to education.
GISDA Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Scheme
GISDA is a charity that provides accommodation and intensive support and opportunities to vulnerable young people in Gwynedd between 16 and 25 years old with offices in Caernarfon, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Pwllheli. GISDA seeks to improve young people’s lives by working with them to develop their independent living skills and improve their employability, health, physical and mental wellbeing, and sense of self-worth. The support we offer each individual is tailored to their needs, directly addressing the difficulties they are experiencing and aimed towards achieving the goals they have set for themselves. Some of our projects include supporting young parents; raising awareness of homelessness across schools; finding and providing accommodation for young people, and supporting their transition into employment; and supporting young LGBTQ+ people. Through the range of projects and therapeutic support that GISDA offers, young people gain the skills and confidence required to live independently.
