FOI 2024 141 - Health Inspectorate Wales

 

Information Requested:

I would be grateful if you could supply the following information on the Health Inspectorate Wales 

  

1.When was it set up 

2.How many special reviews has been carried by the Inspectorate where there were concerns about standard of care and did any of these involve a GP surgery. 

3.Has the Argyle Surgery Pembroke Dock ever had a inspection visit .I am aware of the telephone survey carried out last year.
