Soft FM - Some sites are via an All Wales cleaning contract let by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership.
Hard FM – there are a limited number of contracts in place. However most works are undertaken and commissioned on a case by case basis.

We do not currently use a CAFM system. Current arrangements utilise Microsoft Office packages.
