My child's day care/school is still closed with no date to re-open and I have no alternative childcare. Can I continue to work at home?

Where staff can work from home, we are encouraging staff to do so for the next six months. Where this is not possible, staff should have discussions with their line manager to agree alternative working arrangements. This may include flexible working hours.
