ESR Support for staff

If you ever have an issue or query in regards to anything within ESR there are two different teams you can contact for assistance depending on what area of ESR your query relates.

ESR Support Hub

This is a national support hub for all ESR users that provide support for the following issues:
•    Log In, Password resets
•    How do I? Questions relating to Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
•    Absence queries e.g. annual leave, sickness, special leave
•    E-learning queries – how do I enrol/subscribe, my compliance is not updating
•    Personal risk assessment queries

When contacting the Hub, please provide:

Your name
Organisation (Public Health Wales)
Employee/Payroll Number
ESR Username e.g. 028JBLOGGS01

People Support

The People & OD Team and will handle all other ESR queries and updates not covered by the ESR Support Hub, these include amongst others:

•    Creating ESR Log In accounts
•    Position Number enquiries
•    My Contribution
•    Updating & adding access levels (Supervisor, Manager Self Service)
