The Research and Evaluation Division is working with DJS Research to understand people’s experiences of using the internet and other digital technologies to support their health.
We know that using the internet can have a large impact on how we live our lives, including how we access information and services relating to our health. We also know that the way in which we use and rely on the internet may have changed during the pandemic.
That’s why we’ve asked DJS Research to help us understand how people in Wales use the internet to support their health, and better understand their experiences online. We need to find this out so that we can use this information to help others across Wales during the pandemic. You may also contact us if there is anything that is not clear or if you would like more information.
To do the research we need to speak to people over the age of 16 who live in Wales. This is why you may have recently received a telephone call to take part in a survey. The survey is delivered over the phone and expected to last 10-15 minutes.
DJS Research are working on behalf of Public Health Wales.
They are contacting a random sample people across Wales, using both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
Public Health Wales has a statutory responsibility to conduct and commission research that provides information that can protect the health of the people of Wales.
