Leadership for Patient Safety Improvement
The Leadership for Patient Safety Improvement workstream brings together executive and senior leaders. The group collectively supports development of the culture and learning system within individual health systems and across the wider system across NHS Wales.
Creating an environment in which improvement can flourish, the Leadership for Patient Safety Improvement workstream is playing a pivotal role in both facilitating improvement projects being delivered as part of the collaborative and ensuring that improvement activity can thrive throughout NHS Wales in the years ahead.
