Embedding health and wellbeing within the culture of your workplace requires a planned approach, it also requires buy-in from senior management and needs to be supported by relevant resources, whether capacity and/or budget. Companies with a committed and dynamic leadership who take the issue of health and wellbeing seriously are much more likely to reap the benefits. These can include increased productivity resulting from high levels of morale and commitment from staff to lower levels of sickness absence and low staff turnover.
