The HSE has put together a suite of MSK Toolkits and resources to allow you to assess the activity you undertake and identify areas to reduce risk including the Musculoskeletal (MSD) Online Assessment Tool.

This tool combines:

  • the manual handling (MAC),
  • repetitive tasks (ART),
  • pushing and pulling (RAPP) assessment guides,

with resources to reduce the risk of harm caused by manual handling and guidance on appropriate posture at workstations.
